HuiChannels Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through HuiChannels, operated by Hui USA Inc.

HuiChannels is a business to business wholesale sourcing and distribution platform. Because orders may involve wholesale quantities, supplier specific pricing, special procurement, and commercial fulfillment arrangements, returns and cancellations are handled differently from ordinary consumer retail purchases.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Once payment has been completed, HuiChannels may begin procurement and fulfillment processing with the applicable Vendor.

A Buyer may request cancellation before shipment. Cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order and whether the Vendor has already committed inventory, initiated production, prepared the shipment, or incurred other costs.

Approval of a cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Vendor Shipment Deadline

Vendors are expected to fulfill orders according to the lead time and shipping terms presented with the applicable offer or order.

If required tracking or shipment information is not provided within the timeframe specified by HuiChannels, the Buyer may become eligible to request cancellation or HuiChannels intervention.

HuiChannels may contact the Vendor, investigate the order, or take other appropriate action before approving a cancellation or refund.

Delivery and Inspection Period

Buyers are responsible for inspecting products promptly after delivery.

Unless different terms are stated for a specific transaction, Buyers should report material problems with an order within 48 hours after confirmed delivery.

Issues may include:

• Materially damaged products

• Incorrect products

• Material quantity discrepancies

• Products materially inconsistent with the confirmed order

• Other significant fulfillment problems

If no dispute or material problem is reported within the applicable inspection period, the order may be considered accepted and completed.

Returns

Because HuiChannels facilitates B2B wholesale transactions, products are generally not returnable solely because of buyer preference, slower than expected resale, changes in market demand, or inability to resell the products.

Authorized returns may be considered when products are materially defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with the confirmed order.

Buyers must obtain authorization from HuiChannels before returning merchandise.

Do not return merchandise directly to a Vendor or another address without instructions from HuiChannels.

Refunds

When HuiChannels determines that a refund is appropriate, the refund may be full or partial depending on the circumstances.

Approved refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, and transaction method.

Shipping costs, payment processing costs, special handling charges, or other nonrecoverable costs may be deducted where appropriate and permitted by law.

Negotiated Orders and RFQs

Orders resulting from RFQs, negotiated quotations, counteroffers, special pricing, samples, custom products, or special sourcing arrangements may be subject to additional or different cancellation and return terms disclosed before purchase.

Marketplace and Vendor Responsibility

Vendors remain responsible for the accuracy of product information they provide and for fulfilling orders according to confirmed transaction terms.

HuiChannels may facilitate communications, claims, refunds, replacements, or dispute resolution between the parties.

Abuse of Return or Dispute Procedures

HuiChannels reserves the right to restrict accounts or transactions involving fraudulent claims, abusive chargebacks, repeated misuse of dispute procedures, or other activity that threatens the integrity of the platform.
