We may collect information including account information, business information, contact information, Buyer profiles, Vendor profiles, product information, transaction information, RFQs, quotations, communications, payment related information, shipping information, device information, and website usage information.

We use this information to operate HuiChannels, authenticate users, personalize marketplace experiences, provide AI assisted product analysis, match Buyers with products and Vendors, facilitate wholesale transactions, process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, improve our services, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

HuiChannels may use artificial intelligence, automated systems, marketplace information, and third party data to generate product analysis, marketplace indicators, recommendations, matching results, and other decision support information.

We may share information where reasonably necessary with Buyers, Vendors, Shopify, payment providers, logistics and fulfillment providers, technology providers, professional advisers, and other service providers involved in operating HuiChannels or completing transactions.

Hui USA Inc. does not sell customer lists for monetary compensation. Certain analytics, advertising, or technology activities may nevertheless qualify as “selling” or “sharing” under the definitions of certain U.S. state privacy laws.
